I have been working in the field of behavior since 2010, starting as an RBT in various settings including clinics, homes, and schools. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of age groups, from early intervention to adults, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. In 2020, I earned my Master’s in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I then transitioned to a public school setting as a Behavior Interventionist at Forest City Elementary. This past year, I was honored to be named Teacher of the Year for 2025. My passion for working with children and individuals of all ages drives me to help them succeed by equipping them with the tools and skills they need. I am excited to continue my journey of teaching and supporting individuals’ growth through the Thrive at Life organization, helping them thrive at every stage of life.

I hold a BS in Crisis Counseling and Special Education from Liberty University, and I am a certified life coach through the AACC. I am also a certified swim coach with the Red Cross, specializing in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a mom of two boys, one of whom is 16 and has ASD, I am deeply passionate about

I am the Founder and Director of Thrive at Life, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools to succeed. Since 2007, I’ve held various leadership positions across multiple corporations, further honing my skills in management, coaching, and advocacy. My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything I do, guiding me in my personal and professional life. My experiences have shaped my commitment to helping others thrive, both in life and in overcoming challenges.
