Thrive at Life Corporation: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thrive at Life! By participating in any of our programs, services, or events, you (the "Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging in our services.

Thrive at Life Corporation ("Thrive at Life," "we," "our," or "us") is a community-based organization that provides life coaching, support services, and group programs designed to help children and families within the autism community. We are not a licensed counseling service. While we may occasionally invite guest speakers who are licensed counselors or professionals in related fields, the services provided by Thrive at Life are not intended as counseling or therapeutic services.

Our primary goal is to provide support, guidance, and coaching to help individuals and families navigate the challenges of life, with an emphasis on personal growth, emotional well-being, and building life skills. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and our services should not be used as a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

By participating in any program, event, or service provided by Thrive at Life, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Waiver of Liability: You, the Participant, agree to release and hold harmless Thrive at Life Corporation, its officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in any Thrive at Life programs or services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• No Legal Recourse: You acknowledge that, by participating, you waive your right to pursue legal action against Thrive at Life Corporation for any claims related to your participation. This waiver applies to all events, programs, services, and support groups offered by Thrive at Life, including but not limited to life coaching sessions, support groups, workshops, or any other activities.
• Assumption of Risk: You understand that, while Thrive at Life strives to create a safe and supportive environment, there are inherent risks associated with participating in any activity, especially those related to personal development, group interactions, and coaching. You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation and accept full responsibility for your actions.

(Thrive at Life Fitness Program

By registering for or participating in any fitness classes, sessions, or programs offered by Thrive at Life, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participation is open to individuals of all fitness levels. Participants under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling in our fitness program, you confirm that:

• You are in good health and physically capable of participating in exercise activities.
• You have consulted a physician or healthcare provider prior to starting this program, especially if you have a history of medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.

Thrive at Life does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation is at your own risk.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Thrive at Life fitness program, you voluntarily agree to assume all risks and waive any claims of liability against:

• Thrive at Life,
• Its staff, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates.

This includes any claims for injury, illness, or death arising out of participation in the program, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

You agree to:

• Follow the guidance and safety instructions of program staff or fitness instructors.
• Act respectfully toward staff and fellow participants.
• Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Thrive at Life reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for any individual who does not adhere to these expectations.

By participating, you grant Thrive at Life permission to use photos, video, or audio recordings of you or your child taken during sessions for promotional or educational purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us in writing prior to participation.

Program fees (if applicable) must be paid in advance or as outlined in your registration. Thrive at Life reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a makeup class or refund, as applicable.

Thrive at Life may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.)

Thrive at Life Corporation is not a counseling or therapy provider. We offer life coaching and support groups to assist individuals and families, especially those in the autism community, in achieving personal goals and fostering growth. Our services are not intended to provide psychological, medical, or clinical treatment.

• Guest Speakers: At times, we may invite licensed professionals, including counselors, therapists, or experts, to speak or participate in our events or support groups. However, the presence of these professionals does not imply that Thrive at Life itself is a counseling service. Any advice or information provided by guest speakers is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional counseling or treatment.
• Counseling Disclaimer: If you or your family member requires counseling, mental health services, or medical treatment, we strongly recommend seeking professional assistance from a licensed provider. Thrive at Life is not responsible for providing or overseeing any clinical or therapeutic interventions.

Thrive at Life values your privacy. All personal information shared during our programs or services will be treated with respect and confidentiality. However, please note that Thrive at Life may be required to disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable laws or in cases where there is a risk of harm to individuals.

Participants in Thrive at Life programs and services are expected to behave respectfully and constructively. Any disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of participation in the relevant program or event without refund or further recourse.

Thrive at Life reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any program, service, or event at any time, with or without prior notice. While we strive to provide the best experience possible, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments to the programs offered.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thrive at Life Corporation, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your participation in any programs or services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Florida.

By participating in any Thrive at Life programs, services, or events, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in any Thrive at Life programs or services.

10. Thrive at Life's Fitness programs are designed to promote general well-being and personal development. These services do not constitute physical therapy, occupational therapy, or medical treatment. By participating in our programs or subscribing to services, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions and understand that individual results may vary. Always consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise or wellness program.
