Because we operate as a nonprofit organization and our resources are allocated directly to mission-driven activities, we maintain the following no refund and return policy:
All payments made for programs, including but not limited to:
...are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participant scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction.
Any physical materials, toolkits, or resources provided as part of your program participation are not eligible for return or exchange.
If Thrive at Life cancels a program or session due to low enrollment, staffing issues, or emergency, we will offer:
Refunds will not be issued.
All donations to Thrive at Life are final and non-refundable, in accordance with IRS charitable giving regulations.
