At Thrive at Life, we believe every individual has inherent value, purpose, and a future filled with possibility.
Our work is rooted in hope and guided by faith.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11

The T.H.R.I.V.E. Coaching Program is the foundation of Thrive at Life’s center-based, 1:1 mentorship approach. Designed for teens and young adults with autism, this framework guides how we support growth, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life

Each participant’s journey is grounded in six core pillars:
Growth begins with trust.
Each participant is paired with a consistent Life Skills Mentor who builds a safe, predictable relationship over time. We believe connection comes before correction, and trust is the foundation of meaningful progress.
We support the whole person — not just isolated skills.
Our approach considers emotional regulation, sensory needs, communication style, strengths, interests, and family context. We meet each participant where they are.
Calm creates capacity.
We prioritize emotional regulation and coping skills so participants can navigate challenges with greater confidence and flexibility. Building resilience is more important than rushing outcomes.
No two participants follow the same path.
Each participant has personalized goals developed in partnership with families and program leadership. Goals guide support while allowing flexibility for growth at an individualized pace.
Practical skills build independence.
Participants develop functional life skills such as routines, organization, basic cooking, time management, and responsibility. Skill-building happens naturally within structured daily activities.
Belonging matters.
Through intentional, twice-monthly community outings and real-world practice, participants build confidence and social awareness in supportive environments.
The T.H.R.I.V.E. pillars are not a checklist. We believe…
Trust leads to regulation. Regulation supports learning. Learning builds independence. Independence fosters engagement.
Together, these elements create sustainable growth over time.

Vision
To see teens and young adults with autism supported as whole individuals — growing emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually — and equipped to live lives of purpose and belonging.
How We Live This Out
Through structured daytime programming, supportive relationships, and a strengths-based approach that honors each individual’s abilities and pace of growth.

At Thrive at Life, our approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens when individuals are supported as whole people — emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually.
We create a structured yet flexible environment where teens and young adults with autism are encouraged to grow at their own pace, build confidence, and develop practical life skills through real-world experiences and supportive relationships.
Our program is:
We believe independence looks different for every individual. Our role is to provide the structure, support, and opportunities needed for each participant to move forward with confidence and purpose.
Thrive at Life is designed for teens and young adults who are ready to grow in independence, connection, and daily life skills within a supportive, community-based setting.
Thrive at Life serves teens and young adults (approximately ages 14–21).
A typical day at Thrive at Life is structured, supportive, and intentionally designed to balance skill-building, connection, and personal growth.
Our program supports growth across multiple areas, recognizing that emotional, social, physical, and spiritual development are deeply connected.
Thrive at Life is more than a program — it’s a community where individuals are known, valued, and encouraged to grow.
